A lifelong professional bass player, writing has always been a passion. Whether its song lyrics or fiction, telling a story is in my Irish American genes. Shreveport-Bossier has been my home for most of my life. I was captivated by great short stories from a very early age. Edgar Allan Poe, O. Henry and other talented authors could set up a world, introduce characters and tell an intriguing story all within a few pages. I was inspired by them to humbly create my own.
