Lady Luck was with me when, as an undergraduate I opted to major in Art, then in BC titled DESIGN.l Rob't Jay Wolf of Bauhaus fame welcomed me; my mentors, now enshrined in art history tomes, Mark Rothko, Ad Reinhardt, Burgoyne Diller, Jose Rivera, Kurt Seligman, Jimmy Ernst, James Russell etal did not teach "how tos". Also on this faculty power team were Historrians Milton Brown, Morris Dorsky and Harry Holtzman who were also immersed in the exciting NYC art scene.I learned to question the status quo, be open to change and possibility and to work for my particular vision. Throughout these many years of travel and experience, coming close to my 9th decade, I'm still developing my own style and technique in 2D and 3 D works.
