I began writing as a form of self-actualization. It has since evolved into an on-going existential discourse between myself, the universe and, quite often, my dog. I am currently working on a collection of poems that explores animism - the belief that all things have a spirit or a soul. So many of our belief systems seem to be rooted in an egocentric view of the universe and our place in it. I hope to shake up that view and illustrate the connectivity between all things.
