Sophia Fields

Phi-LoSophie is a poetess from NWLA who’s been painting with words since she could pick up a pen. Growing up scribbling stories and poems, it wasn’t until adulthood — after an unexpected performance — that she realized poetry wasn’t just a hobby, it was a calling. In the past year, Phi-LoSophie has turned her passion into milestones: performing at paid events, curating her own shows, and working on her first poetry book. Her work has been published internationally and earned her award nominations — but it’s the connections she builds with her audience that matter most. When she’s not performing, you’ll find her crafting verses in her head while working promotions for local radio stations in Shreveport/Bossier. Influenced by artists like Poetic Mind, ScooterManPro, JussMarvin, and more, she brings raw feeling and realness to every piece she shares. Through poetry, Phi-LoSophie invites you into a space where emotions are seen, heard, and honored. Welcome to the journey.

Artist Statement: I’m Phi-LoSophie, born and bred in NWLA — a soul who’s been dancing with words since childhood. What began as scribbles and whispered stories turned into something sacred after one unexpected performance set my spirit on fire. I haven’t put the pen down since. I gather poems from the world around me — from passing thoughts, heartbreaks, small glories, and silent prayers. My mission is simple: to remind us we are not alone. That we ache, we love, we rage, and we heal in ways that mirror each other. Through my poetry, I offer my testimony, stitched with gratitude to the God who placed this gift in my hands. Welcome to my heart in ink.
