Madison von Casper is an interdisciplinary artist from Texas and now based in Shreveport,LA. Using her work as a lens to explore her path to healing from the challenges of navigating trauma in her life, she presents her emotional process through a wide range of materials and mediums, curating a vulnerable experience for the viewer. She attended The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and The Kansas City Art Institute, where she received the presidential scholarship and studied graphic design. In 2013, she won the Visual Image of Art Break award. Her works are held by private donors throughout the United States and are currently on display at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in a recent exhibition titled "Grand Rising: On Feeling and Inter being.”
