Multi-faceted artist, Andrew Herr, releases thematic creations ranging from hand made fine jewelry, to multimedia expressionist paintings and clothing designs pseudonym “LatticeWorks”. He currently works full time as a Geologist, and has a fascination with seeking what lies beyond the threshold of the unknown, the unseen, the mechanisms which govern the complex nature of waking reality. This curiosity manifests in both an academic and artistic capacity. In his free time Andrew can typically be found making art or collaborating with the Planetary Science Laboratory at LSU, confirming the existence of the only known meteor impact crater in Louisiana. LatticeWorks’ jewelry style is reminiscent of Gothic Luxury, aiming to resemble artifacts one might find on the altar of an Arcane divinator. His art is reflective of the overwhelming cacophony of emotions the artist experiences and the struggle to reconcile and make sense of those emotions, actions and behaviors.
