Kayvion Lewis is a young adult science fiction, fantasy, and thriller author. Though she usually sticks to penning novels, she occasionally forays into the realm of short stories when there's something punch-y she wants to say about the world. She's been told she has a very cosmic sense of humor (on display in her short stories) and an expectation for adventure inappropriate for someone her age (on display in her YA novels). When she's not writing, she's daydreaming about writing, rereading things she wrote the day before, or editing her writing. Somehow, she manages to work a few hours at her local library each week, where she's giddy to scan the shelves for new, enthralling books. (Reading is another thing she somehow manages to do between all the time spent in her own worlds.) Kayvion's debut novel, THE HALF-CLASS, released with The Parliament House Press in September 2021. Her next book, THIEVES' GAMBIT, releases with Penguin in Fall 2023. Movie rights have been bought by Lionsgate.
