Hi, my name is Ginette aka Gin now going by Ginja. I am a performing artist from Hartford County. The styles of dance I love are hip hop, dancehall, traditional afro and krump. My style consists of mainly these foundations. I am CTs first active female krumper. I have battled throughout the US and won a tournament for krump. I am also a visual artist and have been working on different ways to incorporate visual arts and props into my performances to help tell the story. I prefer abstract way of looking at things. Connection, creativity, relateabilty and wanting to see people inspired or enjoying themselves matters to me. My creation process though is in thought of what story I'm telling with music or sound.
