Hello, I'm Emily and I'm an artist. I paint mostly in acrylic paints and inks. I love using layers of translucent washes to add a depth and texture to my works. I feel it allows you to be drawn into the painting when combined with acrylic paints. I also have been known to dabble in watercolor. As well as sketch. I love playing with graphite and charcoal. My works are heavily inspired my nature. Wildlife and plants call to me. I try to reflect their magic on my canvas.
