My name Edi Kí (Eddy Key) I was born December 2, 1993 in Temple, Texas but raised in Shreveport, LA. I’m a trans-male artist trying to make a difference in the world with the music I produce starting with my City of Shreveport first. I am inspired by my own life, things that I experience on a daily basis. Writing and creating is how I express myself, it’s how I can truly be rid of the constant thoughts in my mind. My goal is to help mend broken hearts even just for a minute while listening to a song. My music is for EVERYONE. I wanted to inspire people to choose and bet on themselves like I did so I released my first single and music visual on October 7th, 2022 titled "My Year". It’s honestly been my year ever since I released that song into the world. My motto is “Dreams don’t have to stay Dreams” and I live that. I absolutely LOVE playing live standing on a stage and performing my original songs for all the world to hear brings me such joy. I’ve played at various music festivals and venues (Red River Revel, Artish, Let The Good Times Roll, and 318 Day Festival) just to name a few. Music is the key to everything. Music is the strongest form of magic. It has the ability to change the outcome of any situation. It saved my life many times and now I've been given my own song to sing that will save someone else. I plan on being a beacon for HOPE, LIGHT, POSITIVITY, and most importantly LOVE. "My Vision is Pure, My Vision is Clear and I now have hope that HEALING is near."- Edi Kí
