Artist Statement: The peculiar way we remember certain moments in our life, our intrinsic, desperate desire for connection and meaning-making, the absurdity of the universe and our ostensible powerlessness inspire me to write. My attention span, anxiety, and appreciation for brevity make poetry, epistolary especially, an accessible form of writing for me.
