Bennie Dotie

I received my BFA in Photography from Louisiana Tech University in 1994. I also continued my education in photography by attending Nikon School of Photography in Addison, Tx. I was a photographer for thirty years for The Shreveport Sun and worked as a "stringer photographer" for Johnson Publishing publisher of the nationally known Jet, EM and Ebony magazines for fourteen years. I taught photography for Caddo Parish Public Schools System for twelve years. I have had a photography exhibit at Southern University Museum of Art and currently have a photography exhibit on display the Shreve Memorial Library Wallette Branch.
