I am a visual artist who works mostly with mixed media and clay. Animals and faces that have an element of whimsy draw me in! I’m excited by colors, texture and symbolism. Having a story is a must even if the story is a secret! I love the idea that you have to shift your focus to see all that is in going on in the work: going beyond “surface”. There’s more than meets the eye!
